THIS PRODUCT IS WARRANTED BY EXPONA GLOBAL SOURCING, LLC, LOCATED AT 26 PATRIOT PLACE, SUITE 301, FOXBORO, MA 02035 (“EXPONA”) AGAINST MANUFACTURING DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP UNDER NORMAL USE FOR NINETY (90) DAYS FOLLOWING (I) THE DATE OF DELIVERY WHEN PURCHASED ONLINE FROM EXPONA OR AN EXPONA AUTHORIZED RESELLER OR (II) THE DATE OF PURCHASE WHEN PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM AN EXPONA AUTHORIZED RESELLER (THE “WARRANTY PERIOD”).
This warranty does not cover: (a) damage or failure caused by or attributable to acts of God, abuse, accident, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, failure to follow instructions, improper installation or maintenance, alteration, lightning or other incidence of excess voltage or current; (b) any repairs other than those provided by Expona; (c) consumables such as fuses or batteries; (d) cosmetic damage; (e) transportation, shipping or insurance costs; or (f) costs of product removal, installation, set-up service adjustment or reinstallation.

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, ORAL, WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONTAINED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT AND TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW DISCLAIMERS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER THE LAWS OF YOUR JURISDICTION, WE LIMIT THE DURATION AND REMEDIES OF SUCH WARRANTIES TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AS DESCRIBED IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, EXPONA SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY TO CUSTOMER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY WITH RESPECT TO ANY LIABILITY, LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY BY USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF TIME, DATA, PROPERTY, REVENUE, OR PROFIT OR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF EXPONA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, NOR SHALL WE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
In the event of a product defect during the Warranty Period, contact the EXPONA Support team at email@example.com and include the details of your issues and your order number in your email. EXPONA may also require you to provide proof of purchase details, including but not limited to a receipt or sales invoice. Once received, EXPONA will review your request, and if the product is defective, will, (I) at its option, unless otherwise provided by law: (a) correct the defect by product repair without charge for parts and labor; or (b) replace the product with one of the same or similar design; (II) provide you with instructions on what to do with the damaged item. If we require that the item be returned, we’ll provide a return mailing label or return authorization number (RA#). Be sure to include this number/label in your return. Products or packages mailed directly to EXPONA without RA # /mailing label will be REFUSED and returned to the sender at their cost. RA #'s / mailing labels are valid for only 30 days and will be returned if received after 30 day period.
New or reconditioned parts and products may be used in the performance of warranty service. Repaired or replaced parts and products are warranted for the remainder of the Warranty Period but the Warranty Period is not extended beyond the original Warranty Period if AUVIO repairs or replaces the product. You will be charged for repair or replacement of the product made after the expiration of the Warranty Period. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
Remember that returned, defective products should be in their original packaging along with any accessory and software related to the item you want to return. If this is not possible, then suitable packaging should be used to protect your order and avoid any damage during the returns process.
Please note we are unable to refund duties and fees paid to your country's Customs office as part of your initial order, nor are we able to cover duties and fees incurred as part of exchange orders.
We reserve the right to charge you for any postage costs incurred for returns should an exchange be declined or if you’ve changed your mind. If you've requested an exchange, we’ll do our best to fulfil your request, however this is subject to stock availability.
